Chemin de Fer
Unlike most online Baccarat, the house never banks here β one seat at the table does, and that role rotates. Winning or tying lets the banker keep the shoe (if willing to risk at least the same amount again); losing passes it to the next seat.
Betting Against the Bank
Every seat that isn't currently banking may wager against the bank, up to whatever's still uncovered. Whoever bets the most becomes the active punter and plays the Player Hand's decisions on behalf of everyone betting against the bank that hand.
The Deal
Both the Player Hand and Banker Hand get two cards. A two-card 8 or 9 is a natural and ends the hand immediately. Otherwise the Player Hand draws on 0β4 and stands on 6β7 β on exactly 5, the active punter has a genuine choice.
The Banker's Turn
Mostly a fixed table based on the Banker Hand's total and the Player Hand's drawn card, if any β except two specific situations (a Banker 3 facing a drawn 9, and a Banker 5 facing a drawn 4) where the banker also gets a real decision.
Settling Up
Player Hand wins pay every covering bet even money. Banker Hand wins collect from every covering bet, less a 5% commission. A tie pushes everything.
