Coach adds a tip for your bid and your play — how many trumps you would hold, whether your partner is winning the trick and which of your cards would win it. Change it any time with the Coach button.

Table Rules
Euchre — 4 players, 2 partnerships
Deal 5 cards to each player from a 24-card deck (9 through Ace only). The next card is turned face-up as the up-card.
Round 1: starting left of the dealer, each player may order up the up-card's suit as trump, or pass. If ordered up, the dealer picks up the card and discards one.
Round 2 (if everyone passed): each player may name any other suit as trump, or pass. Two full passes throws the hand in.
The Jack of the trump suit (right bower) is the highest card in the game. The Jack of the same colour (left bower) is second-highest, and counts as trump.
Follow suit if you can — the left bower counts as trump, not its printed suit. If you can't follow, play anything.
The player who calls trump may go alone, sitting their partner out for the hand.
Makers need 3+ tricks to score: 1 point for 3-4, 2 for all 5 (4 if alone). Fewer than 3 and the defenders score 2 (euchred).
